Overview

Incoloy 925 (UNS N09925) is an age-hardenable nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum. It combines high strength with excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in sour gas environments containing hydrogen sulfide.

Corrosion Resistance

Excellent resistance to sulfide stress cracking in sour gas environments. Good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion due to molybdenum content. Resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids due to copper addition. Meets NACE MR0175 requirements for oilfield service.
