Overview

Inconel X-750 (UNS N07750 / W.Nr. 2.4663) is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium alloy with excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance up to 1300°F (704°C). The alloy gains its strength through gamma prime precipitation from additions of aluminum, titanium, and niobium.

Corrosion Resistance

Excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures. The alloy exhibits good resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and maintains strength in hostile environments. Resistance to hydrogen embrittlement makes it suitable for nuclear applications.
