What alloys for gas turbine components?

Can you supply CSP receiver material?

Inconel 625 and 617 for CSP receiver tubes at 550-650°C. Qualified for 30,000+ thermal cycles. Solar-specific testing available.

How do you verify creep properties?

100,000h creep rupture data per ASTM E139 for 740H, 617, 230, 282. Larson-Miller curves. Isostress and mini-spec testing available.

Do you supply weld overlay for waterwalls?

Inconel 625 overlay on waterwall panels. Automated GMAW or laser cladding. 2-5mm overlay, <10% dilution. UT verified. High-sulfur coal/biomass service.

Can you supply RA330 for boiler hangers?

RA330 (N08330) in bar (10-80mm), plate (3-25mm), wire. Thermal shock and carburization to 1150°C. 2-3x longer life than 310 stainless.
