Every form we melt, forge, roll and finish — plus the individual alloy grades we stock and produce to order. Manufactured in-house from VIM/ESR melt to final inspection.
These are the six standard forms we produce and stock. Every item is melted in-house by vacuum induction melting (VIM) with electroslag remelting (ESR) or vacuum arc remelting (VAR) where the specification requires it, then processed on our own forging, rolling and drawing lines. Nickel alloy round bar and rod in diameters from 3 mm to 500 mm, hot finished, peeled, ground or polished.
Cold drawn and hot extruded seamless tube to ASTM B163 / B444 / B622 for heat exchangers and process piping.
Hot-rolled and cold-rolled plate and sheet from 0.3 mm to 120 mm, cut to size with full traceability.
Ultra-thin cold-rolled strip from 0.02 mm with tight thickness tolerance for springs, diaphragms and electronics.
Open-die and closed-die forgings — rings, discs, blocks and shaped components from VIM/ESR billet.
MIG and TIG filler wire and coil to AWS A5.14 in ERNiCrMo-3, ERNiCr-3, ERNiCu-7 and more.
Beyond mill forms, we supply forged and machined components to drawing — produced from the same traceable melt stock, with dimensional inspection and PMI verification before dispatch.

Melting, forging, rolling, drawing, heat treatment and inspection are all carried out in our own plant in Shanghai. A small number of very large or highly specialised fabrications are subcontracted to qualified partners under our quality system, and we tell you when that is the case.
Almost certainly. The list covers our standard production, but we regularly make non-standard sections, composite and clad products, and components machined to customer drawings. Send the drawing and we will confirm feasibility.
EN 10204 3.1 as standard, with chemical analysis, mechanical test results and heat number traceability. EN 10204 3.2 with third-party witness (BV, SGS, TUV, DNV, Lloyd's Register) is available, along with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance for sour service. See our certifications.
